San Francisco, California ? iPlaythings today announces Life! Free Game HD 1.2 for iOS, their maze puzzle game that is the first game ever to feature brainwave entrainment to augment the player?s abilities. Players can select from binaural sounds that help induce relaxation, learning, alertness, or focus when played through headphones. Players tap to create paths, guiding Wizard/Warrior/Smarty Pants Cats through a complex maze, avoiding Baddies and collecting Power-Ups before reaching the exit. The 3D maze is larger than the screen, growing in size with each level, and it is seen from above in three-quarter view. Players have limited lives and time to complete the puzzle.
At the start of each game, players have a few seconds to drag the gameboard around the screen to find the exit and the most direct route. The board can be moved around during gameplay, but players must avoid running into Baddies as well as standing still and having Baddies run into them. There are four Levels or worlds, each progressively more difficult. The first is unlocked and the rest require coins earned during the game to gain entry. The Levels include: Candy Land, Fire World, Dark Forest, and Ice World. Candy Land consists of a large grid of squares, with maze walls constructed of ice cream sundaes, candy canes, jellybeans, and other colorful treats.
