Whether you?re looking for an app to track your runs or challenge you to do something extraordinary, these apps should be on your phone. Here are just five of the best Android apps for fitness enthusiasts.

Daily Workouts ? FREE

There are several daily workout apps and you can get them all for free. If you do want a more comprehensive app, it will cost you $0.99 for the more advanced Daily Workout apps.

There?s a Daily Workout app for the amrs, abs, butt, legs, and even one for cardio. Try the free versions and upgrade to the $0.99 versions if you enjoy them.

iMapMyRUN+ ? FREE

If you enjoy running, you will love this app. The iMapMyRUN+ app allows you to track the distance and speed of your run, no matter where you are.

You can also track local trails thanks to Google Maps. Best of all, this app isn?t limited to running, you can also track swimming, hiking, biking and more.

Jefit ? FREE

Another great app for fitness enthusiasts is Jefit. This app allows you to focus on body building, weight training or fitness goals. You can track your workout and body stats and plan your workout from hundreds of different exercises.

If you enjoy the app, you may want to upgrade to Jefit Pro, which features even more useful tools.

FitSync ? FREE

FitSync features over 2,100 exercises, videos and instructions, but you can also add your own exercises to this app. There are also real-time charts that allow you to track your progress, but you can also track your progress with the BodyMap that keeps track of your measurements and weight.

Hundred Pushups ? $0.99

Last, but not least, the Hundred Pushups app features a 6-week program that will challenge you to reach the goal of being able to do 100 pushups. There is also another app called Two Hundred Sit-Ups for the same price.

Even the most hardcore fitness buffs can get bored of the same old thing. Thankfully, there are great apps that will allow you to try new routines and always find something interesting to do for your workout. Best of all, many of these apps are free.
